🧼 Cleaning Services

Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes – all our cleaners arrive fully equipped with products and equipment. You don’t need to provide anything.

What’s included in a regular clean?

Our regular cleaning service includes a thorough clean of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. This covers wiping down surfaces, cleaning sinks, toilets, baths and showers, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins, and general tidying. We also wipe skirtings, clean mirrors, and tackle cobwebs. Bedding changes are available at £2.50 per bed. Internal cupboards, ovens, and fridge interiors aren’t included but can be booked as optional add-ons.

Do you offer bedding changes?
Yes – we can change bedding on request. This is charged at £2.50 per bed.

Can I book a deep clean or end of tenancy clean?
Absolutely – we offer both. End of tenancy cleans include a full home reset including cupboards, skirting boards, bathrooms, and kitchen. Carpet and oven cleaning can be added on.

Do I need to be home during the clean?
No – most of our clients provide access via key, lockbox or arrange to let us in. We confirm access details in advance.

🔨 Handyman & Van Services

What kind of tasks do you cover?
We cover a wide range of light handyman jobs such as flatpack furniture assembly, curtain pole and blind installation, small repairs, general home maintenance, and more. If it’s a straightforward, practical task — we’re happy to help!

Do you supply materials?
We can supply standard fixings and basic materials. For any specific items required (like curtain poles or specialist hardware), we ask that these are either provided by the client or we can collect them for an additional fee.

Is there a call-out fee?
No — we don’t charge call-out fees. All jobs are quoted individually in advance so you know exactly what to expect, with no hidden costs.

Do you offer rubbish removal?
Yes, we can remove general rubbish as part of our van services. However, we’re unable to remove mattresses, fridges, or hazardous items due to disposal restrictions.

How do I get a quote?
You can get in touch through our website, Facebook page, or by phone. For larger jobs or specialist services, we may arrange a visit.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes – we offer discounts for advance payment for multiple cleans:

  • 💰 4 cleans – 5% off

  • 💰 8 cleans – 7% off

  • 💰 12 cleans – 10% off

What happens if I need to cancel a clean?
We understand that life happens. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may still be chargeable, as per our Terms & Conditions.

Do you work weekends or evenings?
Our core hours are Monday–Friday during school-friendly hours. We don’t offer weekend or evening services, but we do our best to be flexible where we can.

Can I request the same team every time?We’ll always aim to provide consistency and send the same team wherever possible – especially for regular cleans. However, we’re a family-focused business and do try to be flexible with our staff so they can attend important things for their children and families, which means it may not always be the same faces each time.
